Abstract

The paper reports a chronopotentiometric study for the pre-treated silver electrode with different chemical and electrochemical methods. By reducing treatment, an reduce surface is obtained, with constant properties. By oxidative one treatment an oxidized surface is obtained, but after removing the film from the oxidized surface a reduced electrode with reproducible properties is obtained.
